Here is how I interpreted the Task: create a multifunctional level or collection of levels that include quick time events 

Since there are only 15 hats per game and there are 45 total there are lots of combinations along with lots of stuff being randomized and for the QTE not only does the clock cause a event that QUICKENS TIME you have to click on it to stop it from ruining your game remember FEAR THE CLOCK
